Above Board was founded by Sara Gluck, who brings 8 years of cannabis industry experience together with an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business. That combination, direct exposure to how cannabis retail actually operates and formal training in business strategy and analysis, shapes how Above Board's audits are built: rigorous enough to hold up to scrutiny, and grounded enough to reflect what is actually happening on the floor.
